What Are Angel Numbers & What Do They Have to Do with Essential Oils?
Have you ever noticed a repeating sequence of numbers? For example, you see a license plate with “555”, the next time you look at the clock it says “5:55”, and then at the grocery store your bill comes to “$55.50”. These repeating numbers are often called “angel numbers.” Some call them messages from the Universe or the Divine. Let’s look at how they relate to essential oils, too.

My Angel Number
I realized many years ago that “33” and “333” are numbers that have shown up frequently throughout my life, but never thought about them being spiritual messages or guidance from the Universe.
However, I have found that as I become more connected with Nature, my mind is also open to recognizing communications from the Universe. When I visit with “my tree” each day, I sense a pull from her, like she knows I’m there. While I’m working in my garden the bees don’t bother me. When I lift my face to a gentle sprinkle, I feel like I’m being blessed with the holiest of waters.
So, now, when I see repeating patterns, I pay attention.
For example, last week, I saw in sequence 222, 444, and 777. Not once, but twice! [My interpretation on this number sequence below.]
Angel Numbers and Essential Oils
Recently, I became curious about the significance of Angel numbers themselves. And as I read about the meanings behind these numbers, specific essential oils came into my mind.

When 666 appears, the message often represents a need to balance material and spiritual aspects of life. It may be a call to reassess your priorities and focus on your spiritual growth.
Why Rose (Rosa spp)? One of my favorite floral oils, Rose Absolute (or Rose Otto) promotes feelings of love and peace, going right to the heart. It soothes irritability and enhances mood. My favorite use is topical application in a lotion or body oil.

Substitute: Frankincense Carteri (Boswellia carteri), like Sacra, is grounding and centering, but its aroma has piney notes with a touch of citrus that makes it lighter and fresher than Sacra.

Interpreting Angel Numbers
The interpretation of angel numbers is deeply personal. Trust your intuition and consider how the numbers resonate with your current life circumstances.
Now my interpretation of my recent series of angel numbers: 222, 444, 777.
222 Seek Balance + 444 Right Path + 777 Follow Intuition
I have been putting a lot of energy into my “work” and neglecting some other areas, like self and home care. The interesting thing is that when my life is more balanced, I find I have more inspiration and energy to apply to my work! 222 was telling me my life is out of balance.
I’ve also been contemplating some changes in the direction I want to take. So, the appearance of 444 tells me I’m heading in the right direction with my ideas. And 777 tells me I need to follow my instinct.
To support myself during this period of transition, and to remind me of this guidance, I created a roll-on blend from the essential oils associated with these angel numbers.
