A Diffuser Blend Synergy for Peaceful Energy

Wolf Moon Serenity Diffuser Blend on MOMAROMAs

Wolf Moon’s Serenity Synergy Diffuser Blend

The first Full Moon of the year rises tonight. The Wolf Moon gets its name from the wolf howls that break the silence of the long cold Winter night. Today’s blend brings the Wolf Moon together with its other name, the Quiet Moon. The intention of this diffuser blend is to synergize the energy of the wolf’s howl and the peacefulness of the full moon.

Wherever you are in the world, take a moment tonight to howl at the Wolf Moon. Release any pent up or stagnant negative energy. Then let the serene energy of the Quiet Moon fill you up.

⭐️Serenity Synergy Diffuser Blend Recipe

Diffuse Serenity Synergy, close your eyes and breathe in deeply and slowly, exhale even more slowly. One at a time, tense each area of your body that feels tight and, upon exhale, relax that area. Feel the tension in your head, neck, shoulders, back, and hips easing.

Do you want to extend your serenity beyond tonight? A stock bottle of Serenity Synergy makes it easy to have on hand for when you need a little energetic peace. Find a moment when you are already at peace to make this diffuser blend, then channel that peace into the bottle as you roll it gently between your palms.

Get Stock Bottle Drop Counts

Here are the drop counts for a 5ml essential oil bottle. This will hold about 100 drops of essential oil (depending on the viscosity of the oil and the size of the reducer orifice).

Add your drops directly to the essential oil bottle. Then insert the reducer and cap tightly. Finally roll the bottle between the palms of your hands for at least 30 seconds. This allows the oils to fully blend with each other and it imparts a bit of your energy to the blend.

And remember: Affix a label right away!

Why These Essential Oils?

Serenity Synergy is a beautiful diffuser blend blend for a Full Moon in Winter. The essential oils work in synergy to dispel negative energy, uplift emotions, enhance wellness, and promote energetic balance.

Green Mandarin (Citrus reticulata)

Green Mandarin essential oil, cold-pressed from the peel of the unripe green fruit, is juicy, crisp, and cheerful. It’s uplifting and rejuvenating, but in a calm encouraging manner.

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii)

Palmarosa essential oil, steam distilled from the grassy fronds, has a fresh, sweet, rosy aroma. It helps soothe anxiety and restlessness, and is emotionally and energetically stabilizing.

Rose Geranium (Pelargonium asperum/P. graveolens var roseum)

Rose Geranium essential oil, also called Bourbon Geranium, is steam distilled from the leaves, not the flowers. It has a rosy aroma, with a soft herbal note. It’s an emotionally balancing essential oil that helps soothe agitation and provide comfort for those feeling sadness or loss.

Himalayan Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara)

Himalayan Cedarwood essential oil, also known as Indian Cedarwood, is steam distilled from the wood of cedars grown in India. It’s warm, with a sweet, woodsy aroma. Himalayan Cedarwood is energetically grounding, helping to center energy, and encourages inner peace and calm.

☀️Essential Oil Spotlight: Heavenly Himalayan Cedar

Himalayan Cedar with Temple Pastels

High in the mountains of the Himalaya is a cluster of Shiva temples that are nestled at the base of a grove of Himalayan Cedar that tower 250 feet into the Heavens. These majestic trees have seen the valley change over the course of more than 900 years.

In India, the long-lived deodar cedar is considered a sacred tree. In fact, the name itself is an indicator of the special place of honor this ancient cedar holds. Its name in Sanskrit is devadaru—”dev” meaning god or divine and “daru” meaning tree/wood. So the Himalayan Cedar is literally a tree of the gods, and is most often associated with Lord Shiva who, it’s reported, would meditate under their spreading boughs.(1,2)

May the Quiet Wolf Moon usher Serenity, Health, and Balance for you in the coming year.
