⭐️Welcome Essential Oil Blend

  • 3 drops Siberian Fir (Abies siberica)
  • 3 drops Tangerine (Citrus reticulata)
  • 3 drops Copaiba Balsam (Copaifera officinalis)
  • 1 drop Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata)

Stock Bottle Drop Counts

Here are the drop counts for a 5ml essential oil bottle. This will hold about 100 drops of essential oil (depending on the viscosity of the oil and the size of the reducer orifice).

Add your drops directly to the essential oil bottle. Then insert the reducer and cap tightly. Finally roll the bottle between the palms of your hands for at least 30 seconds. This allows the oils to fully blend with each other and it imparts a bit of your energy to the blend.

And remember: Affix a label right away!

Welcome Essential Oil Blend Stock Bottle

  • 27 drops Siberian Fir (Abies siberica)
  • 27 drops Tangerine (Citrus reticulata)
  • 27 drops Copaiba Balsam (Copaifera officinalis)
  • 9 drops Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata)

Remember, you can always personalize an essential oil blend to suit your aromatic or energetic preferences. Looking for more uplift or energy? Add a drop more of Siberian Fir or Tangerine. Needing more grounding? Increase the Copaiba Balsam. Wanting more warming spice? Add a drop more Clove Bud.

About These Essential Oils

Siberian Fir (Abies siberica)

Steam distilled from the needles, Siberian Fir essential oil is refreshing and invigorating. It has a purifying effect on energy and environment. It helps boost the immune system and promote overall wellness.

Tangerine (Citrus reticulata)

Known for its bright, cheerful aroma, Tangerine essential oil can help alleviate stress and promote feelings of joy, optimism, and vitality. It can also stimulate the mind, improve focus, and enhance creativity.

Copaiba Balsam (Copaifera officinalis)

Like other essential oils steam distilled from tree resin, Copaiba Balsam is soothing and grounding. It has a calming, balancing effect on the nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.

Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata)

Warming and protective, Clove Bud essential oil is derived from the dried flower buds. It has a stimulating effect on the mind and body, improving focus, concentration, and energy levels.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Welcome Essential Oil Blend

  • Before you add Welcome essential oil blend to your diffuser, give the diffuser a good cleaning to remove any residue from previously diffused oils. (These are my favorite diffusers.)
  • Make a stock bottle of Welcome essential oil blend, so you can easily refresh your diffuser.
  • To fill your home with this welcoming seasonal scent, start your diffuser(s) before the first guests arrive.
  • Incorporate the Welcome essential oil blend into a Before You Go-Go spray for your guest bath room. You could even add a drop of Cinnamon Bark essential oil (Cinnamomum verum or Cinnamomum cassia) to up the antimicrobial, odor-busting power.

  • Place an evergreen wreath, conifer cone wreath, or a bowl of conifer cones or seasonal potpourri in your entryway. Mist them with the Welcome Room Spray (recipe below) to create a festive mood from the moment your guests arrive.
  • Make reed diffusers by adding 25-30 drops of Welcome essential oil blend (from your stock bottle) and 1 teaspoon highest proof alcohol to every 1/4 cup Grapeseed oil, fractionated coconut oil, or other very light oil. Fill bottle(s). Add 4-6 reeds. Flip reeds after 1 hour. Flip reeds every few days to freshen aroma.

⭐️Welcome Essential Oil Room Spray

This room spray is made with alcohol* to solubilize the essential oils, extend shelf life, and enhance evaporation. We’re also increasing the amount of Clove Bud in the Welcome essential oil blend to give a burst of seasonal spice with each spray.

  • 2-ounce spray bottle
  • 1 Tablespoon Alcohol (Everclear, highest-proof vodka, or isopropyl alcohol)
  • 9 drops Siberian Fir (Abies siberica)
  • 9 drops Tangerine (Citrus reticulata)
  • 9 drops Copaiba Balsam (Copaifera officinalis)
  • 5 drops Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata)
  • Filtered Water

*You can make this without alcohol, if desired. However, shake very well before use and discard within a week.

To Make: Combine essential oils and alcohol in the spray bottle. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Shake well. Fill to shoulder with water. Shake well to combine.

NOTE: If you have a stock bottle of Welcome essential oil blend, simply add 30 drops of the blend + 2 drops of Clove Bud to the bottle.

To Use: Mist wreaths, conifers cones, or natural dried potpourri. Spray into the center of a space. Shake before use.

May your gatherings be filled with joy, laughter, and holiday spirit.
