There’s something special about the handcrafted things we bring into our daily routines. The morning cup of herbal tea that helps us start the day on the right foot. The soothing facial oil applied carefully to clean skin each night. The aroma of a beautiful essential oil blend that makes a house feel like home. But what makes these even sweeter is knowing the hands and hearts behind the small businesses that create them.
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the power of where we spend our dollars, and more importantly, who we support. Many of the incredible wellness educators and providers, and skin care, herbal tea, and general wellness products in my daily life come directly from the kitchens, studios, and hearts of women I’m lucky to call friends.
These products aren’t pumped out of massive factories. They’re labor of love creations formulated by dedicated women who pour their knowledge into every single blend, book, and class.
